""What we are witnessing is the current Mayor of Denver, Mike Johnston, failing to address critical issues. His threats are futile if the Broncos choose to relocate to a more advantageous area with better taxes, improved parking, and the utilization of Centennial Airport for NFL teams, which could save at least one to two hours in travel time. The Broncos have little choice but to move away from a nonprofit-centric Denver"."" ... as the city is no longer a central hub for major events. Currently, @mikejohnstonco is working with corporations focused on profitability. Mike Johnston's ineffective nonprofit ideologies have contributed significantly to the stagnation of Denver City and County, demonstrating that the city is at least seven years behind. Lone Tree and Douglas County, on the other hand, are affluent areas poised for development. The goal is to provide the Broncos with a new stadium, similar to the Cardinals' stadium, which would enable Denver to host the Super Bowl. Lone Tree is positioned to become the new epicenter for entertainment in Colorado. The issues we see today stem from the management and decisions made by Denver's government over the past 63 years.
